About Elite Property Management

Elite Property Management, Inc. is a New Hampshire-based corporation, incorporated in 2016.  Our office is located at 74 Northeastern Blvd., Suite 20B, in Nashua, N.H.  Our company is engaged in various aspects of real estate management in the Southern New Hampshire area.  Our client portfolio consists of residential and condominium association management.

 

 We manage each property with passion, commitment and realize each property is unique.  Our goal is to guide each client to ensure their properties are fiscally healthy, in compliance with local /state regulations and ensuring the property is maintained to the high standards our clients expect.  We are committed to timely resolution for day to day operations and emergencies. To us, communication is key.

Elite is full service, offers 24/7, 365 days a year emergency service and real time financial reporting.  Our portfolio consists of both new clients as well as clients that have been with our staff for over 30 years.  Over the years, Elite has cultivated loyal relationships with local professionals to offer our clients fast service when situations arise.  We believe to be a good property management company you must gain the trust of your clients as you are handling their investments. How do I find my balance?

To find your balance you can click HERE or navigate to the log in page. After logging in you will be able to see all your information. 

Why does my bill look different?

When an association has to raise condo fees the new amount will be reflected in your account and this is typically why your bill will look different. You can view all the details of your account through your portal by clicking HERE.

When do our condo fees change?

While many associations have January-December fiscal years, all associations differ. For up to date changes you can view all the details of your account through your portal by clicking HERE.

Have you received my payment?

The best way to see if we have received your recent payment is through your bank's online system. If you see the deduction then we have received your payment. You can view your payment history through your portal by clicking HERE.

What if I'm only looking for specific property management services, not total management?

Elite Property Management is here for you! This means that we offer a menu of services for our clients. Please see our services page HERE for more information.

Do I need insurance if the association has a master policy?

YES! While this may not be a requirement, an association master insurance policy does not include coverage to your personal items, liability, and other situations. It is always recommended to have additional insurance beyond you association's master policy. 

What does the master insurance policy cover in my association?

To answer this question it is best to bring your associations master policy certificate to your insurance agent for review. You can find your certificate through your portal HERE.

Where do I find my master insurance certificate?
